PURPOSE: To support local restaurants as well as healthcare workers and first responders during the social restrictions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
HOW IT WORKS: You order t-shirts for you and your family at a cost of $15.00 each. Lettering across the chest reads “The Church has left the Building”. 1st Washington UMC logo on left sleeve is optional. 100% of the profits from sale of the shirts will be used to purchase gift certificates from local restaurants. Gift certificates will then be distributed to local doctors, nurses, nursing home workers and other healthcare workers, as well as first responders that are involved with the Covid-19 response.

out the order form and mail it to the church along with
your check made payable to 1st Washington UMC.
HOW TO ORDER FROM COMPUTER/TABLET:

You may place your
order online by clicking HERE. Be sure to select the COVID 19 T-Shirt option, put in the total number of shirts and select ONE TIME
option Under "DONATION FREQUENCY" on the giving page. Then click "CONTINUE" at the bottom. On the the next screen fill in all the blanks, including payment type and card information.
(Note: if not ordering a certain size please put 0
in the field. For example if you don't need
a youth shirt place a 0 in the youth box. If you
want one adult large shirt put L 1).
Check the "I am not a robot" box and click "Process". Your receipt will then be displayed. At the bottom there is a "Print Page" option allowing you to print a copy of your receipt for your records.
You will be contacted by e-mail or telephone when the shirts arrive. The order deadline is May 10, and estimated delivery date is May 20. T-shirt orders will need to be picked up at 1st Washington UMC on pre-arranged dates.
